The most common use for these bags is in bakeries as well as in the produce department of grocery stores. These bags can be printed to the customer's specifications. Printed roll bags include one to several colours depending on the design required. Designs are prepared by our experienced graphic artists who prepare the artwork and rubber plates for printing. Once the artwork is approved by the customer, the film is extruded and is ready for printing and cutting. Our Freshivo Polyethylene roll bags are strong enough to hold several items and are not punctured easily. Flexible roll bags are also available in many different sizes, but the common stock sizes are more readily available. These are commonly used by customers at self-serve counters. These bags are manufactured using FDA / CFIA approved material and are safe to use for food packaging. This is vital if they are to be used in grocery stores or bakeries, and especially around the fresh produce. They do come in a supply of a variety of colours although clear film is the most commonly ordered, so that cashiers can see what is being purchased allowing them to check out items easily.
